Consultation
Before any road can be travelled, you first need to know where you're going. This appointment enables myself to meet with you, have a chat about your requirements and to answer any questions you may have.
This appointment covers:
Past and present health and fitness history
Goal setting for your requirement
FREE non-invasive body fat analysis
A detailed dietary discussion with regards to maintaining muscle as bodyfat is lost - correctly and painlessly.
Information pack in its own carry wallet.
Clients are advised to allow approximately 1½ hours for this appointment and are assured that there is no obligation to continue with the training at this time.
Personal Training
Personal training sessions will last around 1 hour with myself, although clients should ideally allow up to 90 minutes per session. I also look for progression with every session to ensure continued results - and increased motivation for my clients.
Clients are recommended to train with myself 2-3 times per week for best results.
Ongoing dietary advice and bodyfat checks are included in the price of training.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled at less than 24 hours notice will be charged for.
Sport Specific Training
You can always train for your own specific sport, be it golf, riding, football, rugby, cycling, skating, skiing or anything else you may be involved in!! Many sport require varying degrees of strength, flexibility and conditioning. A training programme can be tailor made to improve performance in your specific sport. With correct training and conditioning, significant postural improvement can also be achieved which can be of benefit in many sports too not to mention the alleviation of back and joint pain.
